To list a property on is only £10 per month, per listing. Each listing allows for one property, so if you needed to list 5 properties, the charge would be £50 per month.

Unlike estate agents, we don’t charge a commission on the sale of your property. So once your property has sold, you simply request to cancel your listing and your payments to Sell That Property Ltd will then be stopped.

As part of your listing on there will be an option for the buyer to message you directly through our online portal. Alternatively you are welcome to leave contact details on your listing too.

There are no time limits on how long you can have a property listed with us. All we ask is that once your property has sold you let us know as soon as you can so we can remove the listing for you.

No. is solely for the public. Our aim is purely to help people selling their house to do so without the huge agency fees that come with it.

This depends on the contract/agreement you have in place with your estate agent. Most estate agents allow you to list your property publicly if you choose to do so but you will usually have to make them aware of this if when you choose to do so.
